mayo

It's possible, due to condensation in oilways etc, and perhaps an engine running short journeys/cold all the time. Mine has a residue of oil/water mist on the breather cap, but none in the oil.

Depends how bad it is.

As a first step, i'd do a quick oil change with some cheap 20/50 oil, and see if that stays mayo free for a while.

As above, if short journeys check thermostat and muff radiator off to speed up warm up.

:welcome2: btw

I get mayo on my SJ413 oil cap.. I know.... SJ :wtf: lol
anyways... I did a full service less then 100mile ago with oil and blueprint filter.
I only do short runs to and from work, 2mile each way.. I think the best run its had is around 20 minutes so its not even beginning to get warm on my daily work run.. I get a build up of mayo in the cap... I have no mayo on the dipstick and the oil still seems fresh and ok..
I do not have any oil in the coolant and am not loosing any coolant at all...
a build up of condensation can cause this especially if you are not getting the engine upto opperating temp to allow it to evaporate. as the others have said. so your in a similar position to me, try goin on a nice long run to ensure the engine gets up to temp... a 30 mile/ 30 mins drive... then allow to cool right down before checking.......
