I cleaned the map/iat sensor and removed the intercooler to run some parrafin through it for cleaning it wasn't that bad for a 100,000 miles but it may have been previously done. The map sensor was gunked up so I cleaned that in some brake fluid, the manual says to replace the 0-ring so I went to the stealers to find that it isn't sold seperately and would have to buy the sensor at £91 so if anyone knows where I can get an O-ring please let me know in the mean time it has been put back with the old one in still.
Thank you to all those who know more than me.

To be honest I've had loads of these out without replacing the O-ring and had no probs at all. Keep an eye on it but no worries.
