Mansfield Desert Open For P&P's

went down first week it was open great day out plenty of people there went yesterday amd hardly anyone there and you couldnt walk round you had to stand at the gate and look. we didnt realise this until we got told by a marshall nice enough guy so we started walking back to viewing area to be told by 2 more marhalls on the way we couldnt walk around and stop taking the pi**.

first week great. second rubbish

Confirmed. We will be open on Sunday 14th October 10 til 4
4x4s and bikes and quads all welcome. www.desertoffroad.co.uk will be running next week where you can book in on line. We will be open every Sunday until further notice. Paramedics and refreshments on site. Noise testing will be taking place. Entrance is off A617 Rainworth bypass Mansfield follow the Desert signs.

Only went first week and there was no testing and some fairly noisy Landys up there.

has any 1 been recently.i live near there and wouldnt mind going if its good

Look up Desert off road on FB! Seems to be quite successful but you have to be prepared to put up wi bikes!

i wunt have thought they would have bikes and 4x4 on the same days.

Went up on first day and was good, bloody sand gets everywhere though. The bikes are on a separate track so can go watch them but not riding alongside, there was the odd quad in with the 4x4 though
