Series 3 Manifold lock tabs

Hi. Quick question about these things. Part no 596490 locking tab for series manifolds.
First question is does anyone bother with them and then if so which bolts are they supposed to go to.
Mine didn't have any when I took it to bits but they're cheap so I thought I might as well do the job right. Now they're just confusing me.
Any thoughts please.

When I get stuck like this I try and find the part numbers here, LR Workshop then find the rest of parts I Need from diagrams.
