Main Relay - TD5 and engine cut out with temperature gauge to the red

Hi All,

I've been having problems with my TD5 90, 2005, it's happening when I'm driving along, the engine management light comes on as the engine stutters and the temperature guage shoots to the right.
Further investigation has lead me to discover I can recrate the problem, it's basically the relay not sitting in the housing properly.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a wiring diagrame or explain why the engine would be cut off, I'm keen to work out why and understand the problem. If the connections are not right, should it send the temperature to the red?

Likewise, any recommendations on a main relay housing replacement or part number?
