Im wondering if it is worth the effort to buy one of these.Does anyone know anything about it.The internet is full of different opinions. It is for the new Freelander2.Have a nice day:)

I have read on the internet that you can save from 5 - 25% in fuel consumption by putting magnets on the fuel line in the engine ( it has something to do with the molecules ).Then there are different chip that you can connect in between the engine and the ecu.Well I was just wondering if anyone has any knowledgement about this.Thank you for your help.

I would have to declare a resounding "B.O.L.L.O.C.K.S", If it was that simple, everyone would do it. Don't want to get bogged down in the science of it all, but they just don't work. If any manufacturer/supplier is reading, and they disagree, please contact me, not by pm, but on this thread, and we'll work out a long term test. I account for all my fuel and mileage by the litre and mile, for work, so I would be pretty well placed to see any difference.

Roverron makes an absolutely top dog unit for the td4 freelander 1. whether this suits the freelander 2, or whether he does one for the freelander 2 is worth looking at. do a search for roverron on this forum

Fuel doen't have any metal bits in it so Amagnet isn't going to make any difference at all. If they worked Manufacturers would fit them as standard. Chipping your engine will usually improve performance.

Thank you every one,I was just wondering about the magnetic thing because comparing to a chip the cost is a 10'er and the chip goes from 200 - 600 £.That is a lot of money to save. What about the new round thing called " torpedo that you insert in the air intake. It is suppose to mix the air and the fuel in a better way.Sorry if I sound stupid but I have no knowledgement on these topics at all.Have a nice day to you all:) :)

Hi-Clones are **** as well. Perhaps your english is not as good as it could be. Which part of "If it worked. The manufacturer would fit it as standard" are you having trouble with?

Well sorry if my english is not good enough for you but Im danish.Normally Im use to have a normal and serious conversation with people but that seems not to be the case.Im not offended but I thought I have found a normal website.Maybe I was wrong. Is all the members on this site talking to eachother like this ????

Ok thank you a lot Nigel8.Ihave the opinion that people should help eachother and only get " nasty " when they are beyond reach.Dont worry Im not religious, just a normal man who's nature is to be polite.Have a nice evening.

We don't generally do normal or serious on this site. You need a thick skin and a sense of humour. If you have those you will do fine on here.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

You could be Nice red Hand, even with a **** name like that. Which I find offensive and the lads from the 32 will find you and do your impolite ass

Oh well excuse me for offending you. ya pope worshipping fenian arse shagging lump of dog turd. As for the "boys" from the 32. they're all either old men or spotty faced tosspots too busy sniffing glue and blaming every fooker else for the state their in. To come and get any fooker
