MAF sensor on a diesel p38 help

Ok so this might be a silly question but apparently my P38 has a incorrect mass air flow meter fitted. I've searched the internet for a diesel one but can't find any even on fleabay! All I'm seeing are the ones for the petrol engines are they the same thing?

Any thoughts would be great

Defo not same thing....... My diesel has a round plug on the side. Petrol have a square one.
