Radius: 20 miles, depends on workload (we are electronics folk, not a garage)

Marshalls at Bedford or Peterborough, Stratstone at Newport Pagnell are nearest dealers, we get next morning delivery for parts ordered previous day from Marshalls and get trade prices.

None but depends on where abouts I have access to it in Barnstaple.
Towing, Recovery,Trailer
Tow ropes, few straps shackles basic recovery kit inc snatch blocks. 9500lb winch, possible access to a trailer if its available, lighting, night vision kit and thermal imaging, very good off road set up, pinpoint GPS navigation set up.
Tools
Basic hand tools carried onboard inc multimeters with access to much more depending on requirements
Local knowledge of fair suppliers etc

Heavily modified 2000 TD5 Def, Utility X CSW, 4 seater, 2in lift, 9500lb winch, Off road capable, Naval engineer, Military vehicle mechanic specialising in off road kit and civilian spec in Land rovers. CB Radio, VHF radio, Work with a lot of locals, tractors and other mechanics and enthusiasts, trailers available, trained in recovery and transporting by the 'institute of vehicle recovery'.
