I saw a lovely 110 SW yesterday parked up in south London. It was a 1998 and had full grey leather interior, centre consul with cubby box, the lot. What I want to know is, was that standard trim for any defender, or has the owner fitted it out with interior from another car?

Luxurious Defender - the words don't sit easily together.

I know. I've always wanted a defender, but the wife and daughter would give me too much grief if I got one. They even call the discovery 'the tractor'! But I reckon that leather interior could swing it. ;)

No, not as posh as that. :) Looked more like a disco interior, but I wouldn't have thought that would fit inside a defender?

Overfinch do defenders with very nice interiors they are very expensive but very well thought out and very nicely finished .

If you want a luxurious car buy a Jag. If you want something that'll take all sorts of knocks and is totally practical buy a Landy.

Exmoor trim do nice grey leather seats for front and back, was considering the black leather option myself but think it was around £888 for the front pair and £650ish for the second row so think it will have to wait for now.
