Hi all, I'm posting this in the Disco forum as the 'box in question originally came out of a D1 V8 auto but is now in my Defender.
On the transfer box there are two electrical connectors (well, three if you count the difflock light switch, but it's these two I need to know about!). In this first picture, this I believe is the connector for the road speed sensor/transducer? It's behind the brake drum, the left hand side thick black item is the handbrake cable:
So I also have another electrical connector as below, the one to the left of the picture with the two thin black cables coming out of it, this is the one I'm querying - is it for some sort of temperature sensor?
Apologies for the random lump of green tape, I shall go and get rid of that immediately!
