Was gonna go down the 2in lift route, but for the amount of money sorting out wot you've cocked up by lifting it is unbelieveable. My uncle is in the prosess of doing this now and i have seen the money spent, sod that. So i'm thinking of staying standard height but getting dislocation cones and longer shocks etc.
Does anyone know what sort of set up to run for more of an extreme articulation. Eg could i fit +2in shocks and get more without bottoming out . What would be the best set up for standard height, cool articulation,on a realistic budget.

i am thinking down the same kind of lines and have been advised to use the shocker drop mounts to give an extra 2" articulation. you can get these off ebay for about £90 for front and rear

you will never get articulation the same as you would with a 2" lift as the axle will hit the bump stops
dispite all the bad rep im fitting a 2" lift this weekend but if you speak to wlm he has no problems with his two inch lift and all hes changed is springs and shocks luck of the draw i guess

You can get more articulation by modding standard items far more simply and cost effective but you will need to replace more components to compensate for the extra droop than fitting a "2 inch lift kit" there is Lots of ways some good practise some not so. Dispite it looking good to your mates when you have it crossed up its not everything people believe it to be. Articulation is by far Overrated by far IMO. save your pennies and buy a locker then go for the latest and greatest suspension kit.

If I move 4 mounts I can guarantee I will get Far more articulation with shocks that have half the travel of std items but alot more dampening action. (think about it)
