My lpg system has never worked since I have had tiny. I can't see anything obviously wrong so suspect dodgy wire somewhere I need to get a decent multi meter to test them as no power.

But as its an old system obviously a new system should be an upgrade has anyone done this how much of the old system can be reused injectors, tank, plumbing? As it's already in can a swap be done DIY just follows current setup layout?

It's an ag autogas sgi - sequential gas injection system

I've had 2 people look at it one said its an old system and we didn't fit so won't touch best replace it - spent less than 5 mins looking at tiny. Second said prob electrical issue, we can look at it but might be cheaper to have a go yourself first then bring it back we can service and check it over.

Back end stuff (Tank etc) can stay aslong as it is in good nick....

Front end can be changed...the only major issue is splicing in a new system into the loom that has already been spliced into with the old system.

Worzal give simoin a try at lpgc he is good and reasonably priced only does work that is necessary. He is one of these ones that prefers to fix rather than replace.

Did it with mine. Got the guys who I'd used before to rip out all the old and replace with new. No problems.

The old one was working but I didn't trust it. The filler nozzle was through the rear bumper on a rigid pipe (that and 2 cable ties were the only thing holding bumper in place!). I got them to remove everything. There was both a cylinder tank and a donut in the spare wheel well. Dumped the donut and got a spare wheel back. Dumped the small cylinder in favour of a larger cylinder to replace both. Don't know how the wiring etc fared, but the switch /gauge was huge and poorly mounted in the dash. I had everything removed and replaced lock, stock and barrel. I think I paid 1k all in, old out and new in. Strangely was 200 less than he charged me to install into my old Cherokee ??
