Lower Window Channel / Runner - Which Part?

Need to replace the lower window channel - see pic for how spectacular it currently is:



Looking on the Bay of Flea, I can't seem to find the bit - I can find a kit for £85 which has stuff I don't need, so won't be buying!

Whilst I'm at it, I'm also after the 2 bits / things that cover the rear tail lights electrical gubbins in a truck cab 110 - mine are exposed to the elements and I'd like to correct that!

Any help would be handy.

I used some series window channel I had lying about. Cut to length, screwed in place with self tappers. Works fine + low cost.
