Low power on TD5

Hello

Things are getting better on my 99 TD5 but still there are some probs.

I tried the search on the forum but didn`t find the answer now.
The car went hot on the Motorway but my A/C Fan isn`t actuated
There is a feeling like i lost some power since they changed the HG.

The risde is smooth and MPG is quite good.
On Mountains it won`t rev above 3000 rpm no matter what gear.
Also there is less power on low RPM as it used to have.

What confuses me is that it doesn`t need more Diesel when I push it really hard. Around 10l/100km. That is great but without pwer?

if your not using more fuel when driving hard i think you've answered your own question, as it sounds fuel related, check fuel pressure it should be 4 bar all the time common problem on td5 is fuel pump, and if not enough fuel pressure then ecu could go into safe mode limiting your revs, need to have ecu read

Thx we read out the ecu today. Nothing about fuel pressure. It looks like my car has not been connected to any reader for years, there were a lot of mistakes in there.
After deleting everything is ok.

But changing sedimenter and fuel filter will do no harm.
