Hello there, i'm new to this so bare with me.... I noticed today that the 'Low Key Battery' message was on the dashboard, so i changed batteries and now when i put key into ignition i still get 'Low Key Battery' and then 'Engine disabled, Press Remote'. But i'm getting no red light on the key fob itself so obviously it won't work. Tried making sure the batteries are connecting etc but still no joy. Any ideas????

i have got the same problem whenever i put the key in the ignition it says key battery low ,tried three sets of new batteries but still got the message no other problems . its been like it for 6 months but cant find the cause:confused:

I had this issue when fitting new batteries, turned out I had not turned the battery cover far enough - try tightening it a little more then see if the red light comes on the remote.
