Low Compression 4.6 V8

Hi
Can anybody offer advice on this?
I am tempted to buy a late 90's P38 that was built with a low compression 4.6 V8 for use overseas. It is at a main dealer, they are prepared to put a warranty on it.

Are there any disadvantages on running one of these in the UK with out regular 95 unleaded?

It just wont go quite as well as an HC one - other than that its a P38.....

Right well job done.
96/97 4.6 HSE with LC engine, all seems ok, drives like a dream...........
Usual spots need attention, slight rust spots around tail gate, some rust under the battery (looks like it needs fixing soon).
Cruise control does not work, shame, radio does but the display and CD changer do not. Have a spare CD changer may try that, but with no display I may as well buy a new one.....
First P38, so taking some getting used to.
