Loss of power under load

Hi guys. Me again, just bought the wife a disco 300tdi, all fine until on way home today when she went to overtake and lost power, very sluggish when under load (smoke too) will not rev past 4000 rpm, turbo seems to be ok ( spindal turning and sucking when hand over hose) I have serviced it today but still have the fault, tried blanking EGR valve but no difference. Any help please.

Turbo hoses collapsing under load causing no air flow but still has fuel hence smoke

Split in fuel lift pump diaphragm ?

Turbos actuator rod come off.

Has it? Blimey.. Never heard of that happening before lol

Did the rod end break?

Was just a knackered clip.. Took some fiddling to align it back up but its all spot on now.
