Hi all iam new to this so please bear with me.
On a recent trip to france my 4.0 hse required a new front prop shaft,there was terrible noise and vibration from the old one so it went into the main dealer in beziers ouch.They got the car back to me the evening before i left for home.All was well.Or so i thought. I started to notice when back in england a jingling on further investigation i hve found a brass coloured washer behind the front flange on the transfer box is loose.what purpose does this washer serve and how is fitted back in place. Any advice greatfully recieved.
