I must admit to getting pee'd off in the past being stuck behind people doing 30mph on an empty country road cos their headlights are sh1t. What they need is a good set of spots so they can drive at a reasonable speed.

I used to have use a set of 4 cibie 9" super oscars for that, still have about 12 off them in the garage
