Please don't be tempted to go to hill and ditch in mouldsworth, the sand will ruin everything.
You're nearest bet is silverdale in stoke on Trent or Cowm in Rochdale, then Parkwood is slightly further in Bradford.
Those are my 3 regulars.
There are others of course, blackhills in Dronfield, Kirton is Scunthorpe iirc, quest I just went to at the weekend is west Wales, there's a few other quarries about but not sure if they're much cop.

Just DONT do it pal, listen to experience here.
After a few years there isn't a component that hasn't been replaced or rebuilt on my landy now but up to that point every time i opened up something new it had a coating of red sand from hill and ditch years ago in it, it just doesn't wash away!
PLEASE go to stoke or Rochdale instead; MUCH better sites and no sand.

Get yourself on the Parkwood 10th November list, at least that way you'll be going to an awesome site with loads of LZ lads!

Yeah I have been there before it is only a small site and there is not really much to do unless you fancy going through the lake, the mud runs are very deep as the unimog club use it a lot and landies always get stuck as they are about 6' deep.
Keep an eye out for me im from Runcorn (live in Northwich now) but still work here lol
Ive been cown when my brother in law had his 300tdi......ive only just bought my TD5 so not tempted yet lol
