Little black box

Quick question to the guru's amongst you. There's a little black box on the side of the fuse box with three 30 amps fuses in it, what are they for ?

ptc heater fuses .. methinks
( i.e. if your on about the engine bay fuse-box )

on mine .. the relay be on the in-cab fuse / relay box

That's the one, I found all three fuses to be loose and the rubber seal on the bottom has perished and come away, I need to find some way of sealing it up.
