light problems

Morning guys.

Yesterday I gave the Discovery (300 tdi, 1997) a really good power wash. When I came to start the car I saw the dash lights weren't working. I then discovered the headlights aren't working either, except on full beam. There's a row of extra lights on my roof which are connected to the main beam and they are working.

The other thing that's seems strange is the glow plug light isn't coming on either, when cold. I'm sure this is all linked but I don't know how.

I figure it might be a relay but again I'm not fully sure, and I'm struggling to find the cause.

Did your power wash include inside the engine bay?
The glow plug relay is on the engine bay fuse box, have you sprayed it to death? What about behind the headlights? Did you power wash in there and disturb some wiring?
