Light bulb change, but screws knackered

Hi. Need to change my dipped light bulb, but one of the grill screws and head light screw won't come out. I've tried pliers but they won't pull up. Any ideas how to get them out?

Unbolt from the scuttle instead, put penetrating oil, tap them ect and undo those.

Those screws on mine are knackered as well

No need to undo any srews/bolts. Just grab the light at the top and give it a sharp pull and it will come off the securing balls, just like the thieves do

Panel across the top on the front, above the lights and radiator, the bonnet latches onto it
