My front diff has died on my Land Rover Discovery 1, Its a 300tdi and im going to change the front axel to one off a td5, this is just because the diff is stronger from what ive been told, then later down the line i will change the rear, to have a matching set, BUT, im a bit concerned i want to lift it at some point, are the axels the same? like connections-wise and will i get a lift kit for a 300tdi or for a td5, or are they the same? thanks in advance!
