LHD Headlight Units for 2013 Freelander 2

We are moving to Germany with the British Forces and I have to change my Freelander 2 (2013) headlights to continental units. I have looked at the units fitted to my model and they do not have the changeover lever as they are halogen so I assume I will have to order LHD units from Landrover.

Does anyone know if you can just swap units or is any re-programing needed?

My local dealer has offered to do the swap but I may have to remortgage the house!

Try Universal Salvage. They buy all Jaguar /Land Rover scrap bodies and prototype vehicles and break them to sell to the motor trade. A lot of the prototypes are left hand drive to be tested in Europe so you should be able to find the lamp units you want.
