Re-listing due to only now being ready for sale. Lot's of work recently completed.

1996 UK registration but has 1997 factory stickers under dash?!?

3.9 V8 Petrol/LPG (rebuilt 184,000 Km's)

212,000 Km's (approx 130,000 miles)

Avalon Blue (looks green)

Front/rear air con, central locking, electric windows, P.A.S, dog guard, tow-bar.

Grey cloth seats.

Kenwood CD/USB player with bass-woofer under seat (great sound).

5 good Pirelli Scorpion tyres

Work within last 2 months includes, brand new brakes pads and hand brake shoes, new clutch and clutch slave hose, universal joints, prop shaft coupler, power steering hoses and fluid, coolant and lpg hoses and fluid, idle stepper motor, vacuum hoses, engine oil and filter, gearbox, transfer box, swivel-pin housing fluids, renewal of all steering ball-joints or b-j rubbers and new bonnet cable, new distributor cap and HT leads.

Too much to remember all work within last 2 years, but includes new brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder overhaul and new clutch slave cylinder, new LPG reducer, engine re-con, new oil cooler pipe, new tyres and all other fluids, diff's etc.

Have owned this car for the last 6 years and used it only rarely (although regularly), it's chassis and bodywork are in exceptional condition regarding rust and dents. According to the service history it only ever suffered one minor rear-end bump in 1997 which was repaired by Land Rover.

Spent much of it's life outside of the UK, so has avoided all the usual rust problems. The only serious rust (which was professionally repaired) was under the battery compartment, where some fluid had leaked and removed the paint, which in turn had led to a small hole. The only rust I could find on the whole car are some light paint bubbles above on the rear sky-lights (in photo's), not bad for a 15 year old car! Absolutely no rust in any floor pan, nor on or around any door, including the rear door.



Bad bits.

Interior head-lining is starting to sag, one small dink on rear door post and also bottom corner of rear door in photo's), engine could also be maybe tuned better although runs sweet, bonnet has some slight sun scorching on the paintwork.
