Here is our finished attempt at a miniature Tower Bridge from the Land Rover launch night that we were privileged to be invited to! Hope people at the show next weekend like it and it encourages them to support us. If you zoom in you can see Bear Grylls where he landed at the top! Heading for 8500 supporters now so getting close. just voted for you - best of luck:)

i used to have lego - it was my favorite toy, i built a land rover too but it wasn't as good as that (wish we had camera phones back then i'd have took a pic)

why don't you make a matching 5 door 109 to go with it? might get you the publicity to get to the 10k votes

Hi there, thanks for supporting us. The 5 door version is on our to do list, just need to order more bricks! ;)

look forward to it:)
also if i was being picky with the 109 rear overhang you have gone 2 bricks - have you tried to do it 3 bricks long? i would think that would look more in proportion to the full size one?

how much in bricks does it cost you to make one of these?

Hi, the original one we did was actually 3 bricks but after going to shows and posting on forums we were told it was too long which is how we came to change it to two :)

It has cost us upwards of £200-£300 to build each one depending on the brick colour as some are more expensive than others. If Lego produced it, it would be somewhere in line with the campervan, mini etc so much cheaper! :)

well i think you were right 1st time if you look at the overhang it's as long as the wheel and thats about 4 bricks???

We will have to leave it as it is now as was quite a bit of work to change it and get everything else around it to fit correctly. Am sure Lego would change it if they decided to proceed and they thought it needed altering :)

Yes we have made it to review stage! It's going to be a few months wait now before we find out whether the Lego Land Rover will be produced.

We wanted to say a big thank you for your support/feedback/encouragement, it has really meant a lot. Fingers crossed now we can get approved for sale in the Lego Shop!
