Just mot the 90 distance covered in 12 months? 200 miles and 30 of them are the round trip to the test station.
Its not being rebuilt or restored etc it just sits there waiting for me to thrash it.
Can anyone beat that?

Not on a landy...

However I offer 2 miles. That was my bike. It went for it's MOT, passed, then blew bits of piston out as I rode off. 2 star petrol when it needed 5 star (which will tell you how long ago it was).
So when I finally got the bits and money for the beast, the man fitted them and then pointed out the MOT had expired....

Worryingly those 2 miles were all the pushing that was done as it moved around his shop in the year it was there....

About half a mile, the engine died just after getting it back from its test, and a combination of sitting waiting while I raised the money and then sitting having its engine changed, amongst other up grades. Meant it was 4 years till the next time it passed its test ( last week).

Which happens to be the time period between when the broads safety test is due on motor boats.

I often think that, but when I do use it its because I need it so its always handy bit like a mobile shed!
Plus wont be long and winter will be here and missus is after a bmw again which as we all know are rwd.

Haha I was just sat here thinking about winter being on its way and how I hope this engine overall I've just done actually works and doesn't leak any fricking oil on start up lol

No. But mine only did about 900 miles last year.
Bit deceptive, as a most of it would be round the farm in 2nd low.
And unusually low, it has averaged about 2500 a year in the eight years since I had it, but we didn't do any laning last year, due to the very wet winter! :(

My Series III did 219 miles between the last MOTs - hence why it's for sale as it isn't getting used.

The 90 did 26,573 miles between the last two and has done 11,000 in the four months since then. So it's fair to say that is being used pretty well.

A friend of a friend has a car he just like to have, last year it did 12 miles - it's 6 miles to the MOT station.
