I used Tiger seal in between the screen sealer strip and roof, plenty of it, all the way across the roof line. I started with a corner, but water still came in, so also did the other corner but it wasn't until I also did the centre, making it fully sealed, that water stopped coming in.

I have had the screen seal replaced and I have sealed around the roof rail mounts with sealant but it still get in. There is no sunroof and I am at a loss as to where it is getting in. Fortunately I live in Cyprus so it does dry out but when it rains it really rains and in come the water.

To be fair it might not be the roof, try looking at the floor panel joins ... it's really the bulkhead seams about level with your knees when driving, a bit of a moisture trap ...
