Spent the morning trying to work out where one or two oil leaks originate from on my 300TDi and need some help identifying a part I have found responsible for one anyway.

As you look at the engine, on the left of the rocker cover at the front of it is a rubber hose that comes out the side of the rocker cover and then seems to turn though 90 degrees almost and drop down about 8 inches or so. The hose I have is split and must be throwing oil out under pressure so anyone that can identify the part would be a great help!

it is the crankcase breather hose. It is just in front of the cyclone breater

I replaced mine last week, about £9 and 10 mins to fit

Mine was split at the bottom

Hello

I have replaced this hose, but I also have the rear one leaking oil. I have tried to find this but cannot. I have done all the usual serches but these are fruitless.

I know one of you experts will have an answer.:scratching_chin:
