Hi Again.
Another annoying problem. I have a small leak from the sender
unit on my fuel tank. Is there anyway of repairing this insitu and what
best sealant to use.

If the leak really is from the sender, then a new seal will most
likely do the trick.

John Hi,

if your vehicle is a Discovery between 1993 up to 1998 model year then most
probably the recent recall from Land Rover will cover the replacement of the
faulty/leaking fuel tank completely for free.

The recall is also effective here in Greece and I was today informed that
they started replacing fuel tanks on owners of even second or third hand
vehicles.

Take care
Pantelis
