Those metal drain spouts are likely to be the best fix, if you don't mind spending on them. I would have needed a kit for front and back. One of my spouts had snapped so I used strong epoxy glue to fix a piece of aluminium tube in place, and resealed the spouts.

I understood the frame was sealed to the body with sealant adhesive not a seal, mine certainly are 2003.
I was wondering!

Cant see a second seal anywhere online

Ok so case of undoing the 14 screws, whole thing lifts out and when it's out just lay a bead of silicone around the "bed" where the sunroof lifts right out of?

The frame is sealed to the body with sealant. The rubber seal is to seal the sunroof glass. One seal for each sunroof. I used sikaflex from a tube applied with an applicator/gun on the rear sunroof frame, but used sealant strip at the front. They have both worked well but the strip was easier and not as messy. Of course I had to use the gun for applting it around the spout cups.

Ok thank you both
As you will know from my posts so far I'm not the wisest when it comes to car stuff...!

Once I get the sunroof out will it be obvious where I need to apply the sealant yeah?

So last questions!

When removing the sunroof unit just a case of wire out from the motor and the 14 screws?

Do the hoses just pull off the drain cups?

Reason I ask is they seem on right!

Do the cups themself then just pull off the frame too?

When applying the sealant do I wait for it to dry then bed the sunroof unit down or put it down whilst wet?

Thank you all so much

If the drain tubes are securely fastened to the drain cups then I would leave them if they are patent and water drains through them easily. I left the cups in place and re-applied sealant around them but I suppose a proper job would be to remove them together with old sealant and use new sealant. If you have proper sealant to seal down the trays then bed them straight down and wipe away any excess if there is any. My sunroofs were manual.
