You'll be able to tell if its diesel rather than oil. I had a diesel leak around the injectors and changed all of the leak off pipes with hose I got from halfords. Turned out to be the plastic pipe from the last injector taking fuel back had a wee hole in it near the top, cut the dodgy bit off and re-attached it and all was well. Was surprising the amount of diesel that was on the engine though

What size pipe do you need.?! I could do with replacing mine along with the metal injector pipes.

I can't mind off top of my head but just pull a bit of leak off pipe off and take it in (obviously don't drive whilst its off). It was just standard braided rubber fuel line I got, I think its the only size they stock. Only cost about 7 quid and did the job perfectly with plenty spare

Good stuff - I think I might have some left over from when I replaced the fuel line on the beetle. :)
