Hi all, need some help fast. My 90 is classed as 6 seater, it doesn't have any seats or belts in the back though. What would the law on this be? Must I get bench and belts fitted to carry anyone in the back? Thanks.

You cannot legally drive this vehicle until you have all 6 seats fitted and humans in them. Attend a police station or VOSA centre and show them that you have the full amount of seats and humans.

reason A, if they were to take a side impact in the back, the lap strap would sufficiently hold your bottom half of your body in place but rather insufficiently almost definitely detach the bottom of your spine from your torso upon impact ...or so I've heard. never the less i fitted them in mine.

If you don't fit seatbelts in the rear, then you can legally carry children in the back. If you do fit seatbelts, then you can't carry children because where there is a seatbelt anchorage you must fit a childseat, and you can't fit a childseat in a side-facing seat. Best thing is to leave the seats as they left the factory.
