Latest rear axle that will fit 1995 110

Hello I am sourcing a replacement rear axle for our 1995 110. Always prefer to buy the most recent part I can find, so wondering what year is the latest that will fit our 300tdi, ie do the td5 110 rear axles fit?

if its a salisbury your after upto 2001 is ok, after that its the lr diff
