Hi folks, i have recently moved to the North East (between Sunderland and Newcastle) and i am planning to bring my landy up now i have a garage etc. just wondering if anyone can recommend a specilaist in the area? Going to take a trip to Twisted when im up there to get some funky wheels....but dont know if they do general garage jobs too? Thanks

We're have moved to Gateshead not much to see really apart from a pile of poorly Land Rovers we're working on or preparing and a few other cars. Today's imposter is a Jimny in for a suspension lift and a few other bits, think we've got 4 Discos in today, a 110 too. Give us a call before you pop down usually a good idea as we do fully mobile and include many evenings and weekends with us being smaller we can be more flexible

Just to update as a lot have found us through searches online we have now MOVED - people keep going to the old place after landy zone members recommend us
We are now at Unit K2 Felling Business Centre, Gateshead NE10 0QH. So closer to Newcastle, Washington, Sunderland, Gateshead, Team Valley, Northumberland and even Durham as we're about 2 miles from the A1
We have needed to move into a larger premises but now have a nice waiting area, with full baby change etc for those who need it, free wifi, box of toys to keep small ones happy etc. We are just finishing off a land rover and other makes/models trade counter too
Just to save people going to the old premises
Still charge £30 per hour labour (sadly plus vat these days ) so still the cheapest in the north and we still do free ECU diagnostic checks for members

Right guys, I visited Pete and the team at Spanner Monkey's today and I have to say that I was impressed by their help. I'll be using them again for other things in the near future. Good prices too (which I'm sure will be of interest to a few of you)

Most Land Rover specialists should be able to get 99% of items next day if they don't hold it in stock, we can supply anything not made by Britpart, just choose not to sell their products
