no not a spelling mistake! I was out driving my green with a white roof 110 today in Bulgaria right down by the Turkish border when I came to a village called Shtit. What a site there were about ten border police 110 green with white rooves. Well I had to park alongside them and take a photo.
Later we were offroading and around a corner and low and behold another 110! What cool police they are, not afraid to take their 110s offroading. Now I am going to the bar for cold beer (well it is still about 30c here)
So now I can say I have driven in shtit
what have you done with your landy today??

Good story - let's see that photo!

Went out for a spin in my 90 today. Luckily it wasn't raining so I was able to use my windscreen wipers (they pack up after sustained rainage)!

Hey, I'm going to Bulgaria on the first, by plane this time though.
When are you leaving? I'm staying in Tarnovo and Gabrovo. If you're still around from the 1st to the 10th of Sep lets have a pint.
Where are you staying?
If you're down there regularily let me know, would join you on the trip there and back, from Frankfurt though. But would make a nice break for you over here in Jerryland also. They have some nice beer you know...

have tried to put pics on but each time it shows them as uploaded they are not there.
will try again later

Upload your pictures to a photosharing site like photobucket, and then paste the links into your post, that works well.

I'm also very interessted in seeing your photos ;)

At first I thought that in the 13th pic it was a border patrol having a pint... ;) Nice 110 tho
Well, at least they spend their money for what it was intended and dont pocket it...

Bulgaria somewhere i've often thought about going to, especially with property prices so low. Might take a trip next year.

yes it is very different here, life for the locals is very hard yet they are the most friendly and generous people i have ever met :welcome2:(they have very little and yet will share what they have with us)

if you are going to travel to Bulgaria then have an open mind it is like going back 50 years in the uk and then there is bulgarian the language, but we get by, just, and just to make it more difficult nodding your head up and down is no and side to side is yes what a place i love it:)
