Anyone heard about this? Apparently they're going to start manufacturing parts again for the classic and p38 as well as older series 1,2,3 models.

So whatever you paid for parts, chuck a 0 on that. Your new price. At least there are going to be new parts. Every time I try to order parts through LR dealers they cancel my order.

They've been traveling around talking to some of the restorers.

Apparently the White Rangie they had on the stand at the classic car show has been totally dismantled and they've scanned all the parts.

Only issue seems to be that they've not chosen an original car to do this with apparently.

But the rumour is that lots of things like all the unobtainable rubber work will be available within a few years.

Be aware though that in view of the very high prices of Land Rover genuine parts for present models, the prices for special production Heritage parts may well be astronomical.
