You do better splitting the tyres and rims. Otherwise you are limited to buyers looking for new rims and tyres.....
I got £200 for 4 x Boost alloys and then £200 for 4 x 235 AT2's.

Local tyre stop took took my tyres off for a drink.

Surely a set of 5 is allways nice! I see your point with the tyres, I've seen tyres sell for peanuts on eBay tho! There is probably enough tread for an mot but 2 do need changing, I could ask the mot tester when I take mine for retest Friday?
