It doesnt weigh 500kg more, the 6x6 I made on my website weighed 2200kg with a steel back and tdi, then when I fitted the cummins and gearbox 2600kg which is less than my d3

The advert says 4x4 and I can't see a prop shaft between the back axles.
So I would say it's 4x4+2 rather than a true 6x6.

It says 6x4 6x6

IMO that means it should be a permanant 6x4 with selectable drive to the 3rd axle

IIRC most 6x6s are like this, either selectable from a lever if the 3rd axle is driven form the T/B or an air actuator is driven from the 2nd axle.

with a 6x4 you have to be really careful of approach path when off road as they can very quickly go to 6x2 :( and can be very embarrassing when you have three axles as people don't realise that only 2 axles are powered

You also find that axle 3 tends to get thru tyres at a fair rate if you are loaded most of the time

The last axle looks like a series axle (leaf spring perches present) which means the second axle is series too as its the same width track, unless there's spacers maybe.
