Landrove freelander TD4

Hi guys could some body please help me, my freelander TD4 auto diesel,loses power over 75mph and then engine management light comes on.When I slow down light goes off but comes back on over 75mph.Ive had air filter,oil filter, replaced with new also oil change,and turbo boost valve replaced,but still loses power.When connected to diagnostic, a code number which is 1470 is displayed?
could some one please enlighten me.
