I read the report and it speaks about immobilizer found searching ... found code fault 00000
That's all it says.

Question.. if I should purchase a diagnostic tool for this vehicle, what am I looking for to be the correct tool?
I researched the net found there are various models and is bit pricey. How ever if push comes to shove , I may have to look into this.
Thank you

UPDATE.

HI fellow members.

So I had a 3rd private mechanic with diagnostic equipment out to my place who rechecked the system.
Turns out the oil tempreture sensor and water tempreture sensor was at fault.
He then reset the system and still read oil and water temp sensors.

Bought both new and installed.
Still not repaired. Engine turns over for 3-ish seconds then dies.
Called the bloke again he then diagnosed and reading is again the oil and water temp sensors.
Unbelievable.. I mean these two sensors are new original from Land Rover Jaguar parts centre.

Ripped engine out to have access to wiring. Went through each wire one by one but found zero defected wire at all.

Replaced engine hooked up started again still same issue.

Any thoughts my dear friends ... please i appreciate any at this time.
Thanks in advance
