Land rover discovery 2 TD5

I have a land rover discovery 2 TD5 am in south Africa.... I have an issue on the brake and reverse lights they are all not working they broke down at the same time ... what could be the problem???is there a common relay for both or fuse? There is also a light that appears every time I step on the brake since the issue started.... It's light number 31 on the attachment

I take it you have checked the earth to that bunch of lights?
