Rear suicide doors - nice.... Pillarless with frameless windows too I'd say.

Maybe a chop top? Fairly uncommon on defenders.

Chrome plated chequer plate? definately.

Or a good mod? Wasnt it tonks who widened the entire vehicle to give a couple more inches elbow room?

Whoever mentioned welding to a rusty ancient bulkhead, I would be replacing the bulkhead with a galvanised one so that's not an issue. I just want something unique rather than just another defender.

Stick a moggy thousand body on it.

It's a few years since I saw one of them.


Or put some tyre track stickers on at a jaunty angle and a One Live, Live It sticker on the back window. I don't think I've ever seen that...


P.S. What's the secret to welding galv?

Yeah, what you need my young friend is a ****ter!

Crash it into your mates car and back it into lampposts, maybe modify the interior with an air freshner and a new stereo that does exactly the same as your old one ;) then when you've had that a year or so and you reckon your a bit better at driving than you are now. Then buy something you like.

Don't get a car you like for your first car, statistically you or your mates will crash it inside a year. :)
