L332 radio lost navigation and blue background like safe mode

Good evening just a bit advice my 2002 l322 vogue has just had a radio issue I disconnected the battery and now the screen has a blue background and the navigation has stopped working it’s like it’s in safe mode also the navigation module is dead and won’t eject the cd I took the battery off and it worked again but now has gone back to the blue background and no navigation just radio stations I hope that all makes sense lol

I believe you have to wait for the sat nav system to completely shut down before disconnecting the battery, hopefully you'll get a definitive answer @backinblack ??

Sorry can't help with this as mines an 05 touch screen. There's another thread about a working one that won't eject the CD which isn't too far from you @Agarange . Yes I do. If the he want to pop round perhaps we can figure both our problems out.

Ok all fixed turn off the radio leave for two minutes remove fuse 49 in the glove box and re install fuse 49 and everything works hope it helps someone
