L322 TD6 not starting - help!!!

Right guys mr AA came and jumped her back to life first time. He checked the alternator was charging and it was pulling/charging 72 or 74amps? That sound right?

And he measure the battery and at first it was 14 (can't remember what) and it slowly increased as she was ticking over between 20-40 (I think, my memory is awful)

Any way he said the alternator was working well and the drain was caused by all the short distances id done recently

If it increased to between 20 & 40 your car would be dead with all the ECU's fried:eek:
