L322 MkIV Sat Nav

Hi
Having read about the MkIV Sat nav and the possible upgrades, can some body confirm what model sat nav tha attached pictures are? They don't match the style of the mkIV I have seen but the device has the DVD logo?

The head unit all works fine but the gps options won't show on the main menu of the head unit however I can insert and eject CD/DVD's from the device fine. Are the internals dead on the sat nav?

Any help would be much appreciated.
