L322 How to replace mirror glass

Can anybody give me some advice on how to replce the mirror glass please? Current glass is discoloured and I've got a new one to replace it but need to now how to remove the old one without damaging the workings and connections behind it.

Also - will I need any replacement clips to fit the new glass?

Don't know about L322 but if it's the same as P38 and Disco just gently prize off old glass this will break the plastic retainer off it's lugs. You will need a new plastic retainer to refit your new glass. About £2.50. A couple of wires to connect if it's heated. Just clips on glass then clips onto actuator.
