It has been 10 years since I owned my last Land Rover (Disco TD5) and I have recovered enough from that to now want to try again with a L322 Range Rover.
I have only looked at a couple so far but they have both been dogs and now this has appeared on my radar as it is quite close to me.
2007 Black Land Rover Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 VOGUE 5d 272 BHP WARRANTY & BREAKDOWN COVER INCLUDED for sale for £6995 in Edinburgh, Midlothian (autotrader.co.uk)
It is a 2007 vogue and currently covered in chrome bling which I would immediately remove and replace with standard trim. Apart from that, on the face of it it looks to be in pretty good condition and comes with a 6 month warranty.
Looking at the pictures it doesn't look it has the TV function. Now just be clear, this is not a feature I would ever use but I expected all vogues to have this feature. Is this not the case? I don't mean the rear screens as I know they were an option, I just mean the ability to watch TV on the dashboard screen.
Another omission is the a rear reversing camera? Was this also not standard equipment on a vogue? It doesn't even appear to have parking sensors.
Anyone shed any light on this car? Was the original owner just a bit stingy when it came to speccing the car is there something else at play here (possible not a vogue at all)?

Well:)

Ok I think it does have rear camera looking at pics. It’s in the middle of the upper tailgate below the upper light.
Parking sensors aren’t visible dots in bumpers these days
I am not totally up on that year cos I know M did all the research and crossed them off because of issues, the 2011 was the year with the 8speed which is absolutely a dream box to drive, the engine is also great:).

Not sure thats the best engine/gearbox combo though, somebody will confirm. Go a bit more and get the TDV8 with the rotary knob (4.4/8 speed) We are extremely happy with ours:).

The Tv, funny enough we thought we would never use it, but as its dual screen the passenger can watch (well when we are in the UK) while the driver has sat nav:).

Main thing is buy a well maintained 1 and keep it that way minor things turn into big things quickly its not a cheap car to own, But we love ours and have no problems getting in and driving back to the UK:D

Not sure who/what the sticker on the rear screen refers too the owner or the car:eek::D:D

Good luck in your search dont be tempted by the first 1 you like.

The others I have viewed had the rear camera offset to the right of centre. I think what you can see in the centre is just where the rear wiper is attached. Also the rear sensors are visible on all the other L322's I have seen and there would also be a button on the dash if it were equipped with sensors.
I would love to get a 4.4 TDV8 but they are unfortunately out of budget at the moment.

You are correct sorry I have edited my original ramblings:(.But it shows you are doing some homework:D.
I couldn’t see them from the window and it was raining so wasn’t going out to look:)

Save a bit more money:)

Lot's of polish, but they didn't bother to check the brake fluid !! The ad says it's manual, but it looks like an auto to me ?

I’ve been thinking about this car further and I think I’ll keep looking. The lack of camera/sensors, the blingy chrome and the roof bars (that I don’t like) are putting me off. It’s meant to be a big luxury car and this one just looks a bit cheap and tacky to me.
