L322 All coms software

Hi Guys,
can anyone help me with a problem I am having with my All coms software.
its all set up and ready to go im getting the open and device id but the offline red is on.
ive got strong internet connection any ideas please.

ive reinstalled the drivers as there seemed to be some driver problems

thanks for info,i think its a computer compatability problem .I recovered the software off my old windows 8 computer.

No ,do the driver have to be windows 10 because I think they are for windows 8 how can you check?

not yet,im trying to find correct drivers first. I know my operating system is 10.the computer I took the software from was windows 8

thanks for that, I thought I was,problem solved Storey Wilson contacted me and gave me a new download and now the fatboy is sitting straight
